BEST Ice Cream Bar

Just found and tried an Active D'Lite chocolate covered ice cream bar. Holy moly, batman! Are these good and 110 calories and 5 net carbs to boot. Also happen to have FIBER and are pro-biotic! Most importantly, they taste wonderful. A real treat!
They also have chocolate bars... would love to find them too!

Though the probiotics aspect in an interesting notion for an ice-cream bar, I would have to pass on these, because I avoid Agave, maltitol, soy and carageenan as much as possible. Here are the ingredients I found on their website:

Any kind which doesn't include milk/milk products, or soy. I really like the little coconut milk sandwiches. But I was deadly allergic to dairy as a child, so I never really learned to like milk as much as most folks do. I do like ice cream... but I prefer sherbet or ices. They're even worse on the carb continuum though! When I want an "ice cream bar," I get one of the coconut ones. Or a popsicle - which I love!

Some like myself are very sensetive to malitol and inulin(which is the probiotic)...this combo would have me running to the bathroom or having extreme abdominal pain, so be careful. I guess it is a good way to practice portion contol, but I would not be farm from the bathroom if I ate these. Good luck.

Alas, for me the BEST ice cream is NO ice cream.

Even a small taste will send me into an eating frenzy. It's an uncomfortable truth but one I have to face honestly if I want to maintain my weight--as I've been doing for the past 3 years.

Way too many ooky ingredients for me. I try to not eat anything with an ingredient list that long, and never agave.
