D: 3 deviled eggs, baby spinach salad with full fat dressing

Bullet proof broth
romaine w/olive oil and caesar, burger patty
BBQ tonight at friend's house--- I'll go for a double serving of boston butt and I'll dive into the veggie tray. I plan on having 2-3 bourbon drinks but I'm taking bottled water, too.

So far I've had coffee with 1T HWC, 2 Splenda, and 2T Salted Butter. I didn't think I'd enjoy the butter but it was AWESOME!

Breakfast= 5 breakfast sausages fried in butter and a dab of olive oil, then dipped in a mixture of sour cream and mustard
Snack=slice of low carb no bake cheesecake
Lunch= cauliflower bisque, 2 tuna patties with tartar sauce, salad
Dinner= Chicken Scallopine with asparagus instead of pasta.

S: macadamia nuts
L: Boston Market turkey, creamed spinach and green beans
D: ribeye steak, steamed broccoli and small salad with Ranch dressing
Lots and lots of water!

This morning I had 2 eggs, kale, bacon, coffee (+hwc, cco).

Later today we're going out for dinner. I'm looking forward to a cocktail or two and some good food. It's an "up" day for me so I get some more calories today.

B: leftover loaded broccoli and roast beef, and black sweetened coffee.
L: decaf coffee with salt. ( it's still not my fave, but it's starting to grow on me)
D: zatarans boiled shrimp with homemade sugar free sweet and spicy mustard sauce.
Desert: two servings black cherry sugar free jello with quite a bit of land o lakes sugar free canned whipped cream.
