L: 1.5 grilled taco chicken patties, 1/3 cup dessert sweet potatoes, 3/4 of a tomato and red bell pepper salad w/olive oil and red wine vinegar
D: Grilled chicken thighs, green beans
broth with salt and butter
burger patty w/romaine and ranch/olive oil
4 oz of a ribeye with salad and ranch/olive oil
and a dill pickle w/olive oil
(experimenting w/lower protein than my usual)
B: 2 eggs cooked in butter, 1 oz cooked bacon
L: Crab cake, 2 cups spring greens/baby spinach drizzled with vinagrette
D: Grilled chicken caesar salad
B: 3 scrambled eggs, 2 sausage patties, reduced sugar ketchup
S: If needed, almonds or pepperoni stick
L: Salad with steak
D: Not sure, going out!
D: chicken "tacos" in romaine w/avocado, jalapeno, tomatoes and sour cream
S: not sure, chicken or tuna salad (mayo, dill relish, celery, green onions)
Snack: iced americano; peach

D: Pollock a la hungara(basically with pepperstrips and tom sauce) cauliflower

Just finished eating "brunch" today, so will probably not end up doing 3 set meals, maybe just the 2.
B/L-3 slices center cut bacon, 1 container of sliced and sauteed mushrooms in butter with 1/4 of an avocado. My goodness that way yummy and so filling.
D-Think grilled chops or chicken with maybe a side of cauliflower
If needed I grab a small piece of grilled talapia and a hard boiled egg.
I may treat myself to a Diet Root beer and HWC soda at some point today.

L: cube steaks & sauteed mushrooms
D: going to in-laws for dinner & I have no idea whats being served
S: if i need a snack today, it will be smoked salmon & cream cheese

s- a few bites of a Supreme Protein Bar
l- Green bean chicken over veggies
d- BBQ chicken and veggies
Breakfast was Spinach Artichoke Dip and coffee with HWC and 1 splenda. This was with lots of veggies, and not that much sour cream and cream cheese, maybe 2 TBS. So there are most of my carbs for the day.
Lunch was roast beef with mustard.
Dinner will be a shrimp dish, likely with lots of butter.
B - Coffee and pepperoni and cheese
L - Turkey BLT salad from WAWA with ceasar dressing
D - May get a pizza and eat the toppings off of a couple slices and may indulge in some cranberry flavored vodka and diet tonics

So far the BPC experiment is really interesting. It's definitely keeping me full for 4-5 hours (today almost 6 hours) and I feel at least reasonably energetic. I have trouble hitting my protein requirements (at 1 gm/lb lean body mass I need around 130 gm/d) but otherwise things have been great.

Water: 2.7 L so far, 5 goal
B: beef chuck roast, about eight ounces
L: decaf coffee with salt- it doesn't taste very good, but it gets the salt in.
D: eight oz chuck roast with loaded broccoli, six sugar free gherkins, and a cup of sugar free cocoa made w hwc and water to finish it off.
