Just goes to show...

that everyone is different. I'm going to be honest here. Up until the past two days, since my vacation, which began on Friday, June 28, I have not eating on plan at all. We are talking pasta, sugar, breads, wine coolers, etc. I also have not been to the gym in that amount of time. And guess what...I lost 2.5 lbs. Now it could very well be that I've lost muscle since I haven't been to the gym because things in the belly area DO seem to be a bit more loose (as we know muscle weighs more than fat).

Anyway, I've been back in the wagon since yesterdy. I just felt so much better eating "clean". I have found myself getting very lethargic and irritable lately and I'm like 99.9% it's because of the carb consumption.

Good for getting right back on. When I stopped worrying about the scales and just kept reminding myself that the weight loss is a side benefit and it's more about how good I feel on low carb and how awful I feel when I eat non-vegie carbs and over 25gm...that's when I started steadily losing weight. The NSV were also a better motivator!
