B: whey protein shake with espresso (frappucino)
L: not sure yet--probably Caesar salad with chicken
D: barber foods chicken breast with broccoli and cheese

4 slices uncured bacon, a cute little tomato, lettuce leaf, 2 tsp my olive oil mayo
chicken thigh and an oz of deli ham on salad w/olive oil and ranch
leftover LC meatloaf, 1/2 c spaghetti sqash w/parmesan, butter and oil, small salad w/olive oil and ranch

pushing leftovers today lol.
going out to dinner tomorrow so I need to browse their menu online.

2 teas- 4 AS (need to cut these down)
Lunch- 2 chicken thighs, olives, tomatoes, cabbage
Dinner - might have eggs

On track to lose the 6 pounds I recently gained: 4 to go!

B: earl grey tea with 1 half-and-half, 2 splenda
L: homemade: pan roasted bigeye tuna; hot wings; cole slaw with cabbage, carrots, radishes, parsley, green onion, jalapeno in a mustard dressing
D: going out to a Thai place with the boyfriend: Grilled jumbo shrimp and scallops with grilled chili paste garlic sauce, topped with crabmeat. No rice.

After eight tea (Hot chocolate made with water and a herb mix mainly consisting of mint tea) with cream

L: roast beef & melted american cheese rollups dipped in mayo/horseradish mix, large dill pickle half, lots of water
S: if i need an afternoon snack - i have 2 chicken drumsticks leftover :)
D: Shrimp & veggie stir fry

L: A Steak-Umm with sautéed mushrooms. It was so good!

D: Turkey and avocado slices topped with salsa

Back to taking my supplements, and drinking water throughout the day

IHop's big breakfast, kids ate the pancakes and hash browns.
A bite of S'mores blizzard and a taste of mint chip shake from DQ.
Dinner will be turkey, bacon and cheese "sandwich".

Wow....

smoky BBQ pork ribs *3 meaty ones*
1 link jalapeño cheese sausage *no sugar added*
smothered homegrown okra
butter lettuce salad with homegrown tomatoes&cucumbers, with bacon and blue cheese added, and a dab of roasted garlic vinaigrette
1 small slice grilled cantaloupe for dessert

:jumpjoy: Yeah...that low carb diet diet is sooooooooo boring.

B: three and a half chicken wings, coffee w Splenda, monk fruit, saccarin, stevia, and erythritol. (If you mix 'em up, you can loose less.)

L: skipped, or one cup black decaf coffee, if it counts.

D: roast beef, loaded cauliflour, one oz cheese, six sugar free gherkins, and a cup of sugar free cocoa made w hwc and water.

Vacation=fun, Diet=Bad! back to business:)

1 egg, 3 slices bacon, 2 cups coffee w/hwc and sf vanilla creamer
1.5 grilled taco chicken breast
Caesar salad, pork roast, dessert sweet potatoes

2 cocktails

B= Ham and pepperjack quiche
L=Cauliflower bisque, 2 tuna muffins with tartar sauce, 2 c spinach with pistachios and vinaigrette
S=4 sugarfree chocolate covered cherries (they were bought for my bday, and I wanted to eat them and get them out of the house...my tummy paid for it later at work)
D=Alice Springs chicken, sauteed zucchini with garlic, 2 c green leaf lettuce with 3 cucumber slices, 2 tomato slices, a little chives, sunflower seeds and tablespoon vinaigrette
S= 2 oz beef jerky
