Should coconut oil be refrigerated?
I have Trader Joes brand, virgin CO. It says "store in a cool dry place."

Is the pantry ok? Do you keep yours in the fridge?

Yeah, the pantry is fine. It doesn't need to be kept cold. :)

I do NOT keep my coconut oil in the fridge. If I did, I could not get it out of the jar LOL. It is fine in the cabinet, pantry or on the stove top. I like it now that it is summer, I don't have to heat it to get it out of the jar. Just a quick pour and there ya go.
