Encouragement needed

So I lost 32kg (70pounds) in around 8 months, then haven't been eating completely right since Easter. In the last month I've really gone a little nuts with carbs and have gained back 3.5kg (7.5pounds). Eeek, reality check right? Well I'd given myself permission to carry on with what I was doing until exams and my big exam was yesterday.
Basically I just need some encouragement to get back on the wagon and stay there. I know I haven't been doing my health any favours, but I just couldn't seem to keep away from the sugar when I was stressed.
Hopefully I can learn from this and once I get through the next few days I'll be fine again. I'll check in each day for the next week just to keep myself on track.

You definitely can do it - look at how much you lost before! For me, the first 3 days are the hardest. I tell myself - If I get through the first 3 days and don't want to do it I will stop. But that never happens of course

Your stats really scared me until I realized that they were in kg and not lbs :rofl: :rofl: Im just relieved that you are not anorexic!!

As for encouragement, today is restart day for me also. You and I both know that this plan works when we work the plan.

I've sure been in places where stress dictates what I eat, so I understand what you are saying.
Now's the time to jump in and focus and work out a plan for stress the next time it rears its ugly head (it has a way of resurfacing). Good decision to start again and seek support here.
You CAN do it.
