Six week recap
Today ends my first 6 weeks.
I have not slipped off plan other than occasionally eating slightly more than planned from my foods.
I feel very well.
My eating disorder of eating at night is vastly improved.
My sleep has improved somewhat.
I feel clear mentally.
My new challenges will be:
-- find my carb tolerance, using blood ketone readings
-- beginning a walking plan now that I don't feel wobbly from the change from carbs to fats/proteins. Because back problems limit my mobility, I'll forgive myself if I don't do a planned walking exercise.
--explore foods within carb parameters. My goal is to ramp up nutrition and to develop a lifelong preference for healthful options
--Cultivate my recipe collection, continuing to limit (but not completely ban) stevia, erythritol, and rare servings of sucralose
Sounds like a great plan,especially exploring foods according to nutrition.If you have not found a tracking tool yet that allows you to set the nutritional values you want to explore nutrition data is a good one.
