3 oz sausage, 2 perfectly poached eggs, a tsp of butter (delish!)
salad w/hardboiled egg and 3 oz leftover meatloaf, 1/3 avocado, olive oil, ranch
chicken thigh, salad w/ olive oil and ranch
optional snack will be either a piece of bread I made from almond butter and eggs, or 50 g raspberries with 1 oz heavy cream, or both.
Too big of an omelet, and a bucket of tea with splenda and milk/half and half
some sort of deli salad (tuna, egg, chicken...)

L: Crab cake and salad with vinagrette
D: Dunno...lately it's just been a protein drink because I'm just not hungry.
B: four cups lemon lift tea w one half tablespoon hwc in each-100 cals, three carbs. I'm upping the carb count bc of sweetners.
D: about eight chicken wings and cauliflour with cheese, butter, and better than beef bouillon. About 1300 cals, I'm going to say ten carbs.

My BPC experiment started in earnest today. I ordered the "upgraded" coffee beans and MCT and used Kerrygold grassfed butter. So far, I just started feeling hungry (it's been over 5 hours) and my energy does seem better, although I'm susceptible to the placebo effect.
S: 1 oz almonds, 1 oz peanuts, celery, coffee
L: Grilled chicken, salad
D: Grass fed beef, asparagus
workout: greek yogurt, protein powder
Water: 2.1 L so far, 5 goal
Breakfast: Greek yogurt with some heavy cream, protein powder, and coconut flakes.
Lunch: Leftover chicken with roasted veggies.
Dinner: Don't know yet.
Was in a rush this morning and was SO happy that I packed a lunch last night!
B-coffee with a TBS of HWC and chia/coconut flake "hot cereal"
S-hard boiled egg and a leftover hamburger patty
L-If I'm hungry before dinner I'll warm up a couple chicken skewers (heading out with my lil' man and will get a plain iced coffee at the little coffee shop that will be on our walk)
D-Grilled Tilapia and probably some green beans
B: chia pudding
S: big train vanilla frappe
L: egg and flax pancakes
S: steak and grilled veggies
B - two eggs, iced coffee with half and half
L - pork chop, beets, watermelon
S - strawberries and blueberries

L: 5 oz can tuna mixed w/mayo & dill relish
D: dining out; either grilled salmon & broccoli or a steak cobb salad

S-2 eggs mixed w/1/2 scoop protein powder, made into a cake, 1/2 cup SF Lakeview farms parfait. Taste like a creamcicle on my cake.
