Good morning!! :hiya: Leftovers are the theme of the day!

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
grilled steak thinly sliced on an oopsie with 1 oz of cheddar
sticky wings and a side of celeriac fries
Greek yogurt

salad w/eggs and ranch/olive oil
meat loaf! smashed cauli, green beans. (1 used 1 carb ketchup, parmesan, eggs and herbs)

L: Grilled chicken, salad (3 gm)
S: 1 oz almonds, 1 oz peanuts, coffee (6 gm)
D: Tilapia, asparagus (2 gm)
Water: 2.1 L so far, 5 goal

B: 2 eggs, 1 oz cooked bacon
L: Taco salad with 4 oz meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, guac and sour cream
D: 4 oz pork roast, saurkraut

D: blt w/out toast

snacks: hb eggs, string cheese and cocoa pudding

breakfast was about 8 ounces of sliced beef with a mayo / mustard condiment mix, and 3 glasses of water

snack was a 16oz cup of coffee with hwc and splenda

Lunch was 80% ground beef with seasoning, 3 cherry tomatoes, sour cream, and 1 sliced small Anaheim chile.

Dinner, as always is TBD until about 4 PM.... that is when my wife calls to say if she will be home for dinner.

B - 2 HB eggs, iced coffee with cream
S - roasted asparagus and garlic scapes
L - leftover artichoke chicken, caprese salad, strawberries and blueberries
D - pork chops, arugula salad, broccoli

I didnt pack my meals today at work but should still be ok

Br- Omlette with (too much) cheese, bacon and scallions, tea, 2 splenda - skim milk (yuck all that was in the fridge)

Lunch - not hungry yet, but will be street meat over lettuce

Dinner- not sure might be chicken and cabbage

L: 2 homemade pizza portabello's - (mozz,tomatoes,cheese,pepperoni)
S: 6 grape tomatoes, parmesan cheese, 1 beef hot dog
D: planning on tilapia and a small salad, but this could change

Lunch - leftover Mexican the old man made (about 6 carbs)
2nd break at work - turkey and cheese (3 carbs)
