bpc and 1 coffee with hwc
bacon and tomato
egg salad on top of an oopsie
sticky wings with a side of celeriac fries
1 egg w/1 tsp homemade olive oil mayo
big salad with 2 boiled eggs and a mix of ranch and olive oil (found a non-soy ranch, yay)
4 hot wings, salad, a devilled egg, and a wedge of cantaloupe
snack is tuna salad over salad greens, and chicken broth
Breakfast: coffee with HWC
Lunch: skip, will eat an early dinner
Dinner: chicken broccoli stirfry with Miracle Rice
b: 2 brats 3 eggs bpc
D: still in supermarket....
B: 2 eggs, 1 oz cooked bacon
L: 4 oz steak tips with mushrooms and blue cheese, fresh green beans with garlic butter
D: Chef's salad with 4 oz protein and homemade italian dressing
B: black coffee, then later a tall decaf blackeye w splash of hwc; 1 hb egg, 6 grape tomatoes, 1.5 oz parmesan cheese
L: probably another leftover brat, maybe some spaghetti squash
L: bunless baconator!!! Yum-it didn't even need any condiments. I think the diet soda wasn't diet, though .:cry: I only had one gulp, but it was a big one. I guess I'm carbed out for the rest of the day.
D: Boston butt-slow roasted in the oven with olive oil and spices. No veggies, bc of the soda.
b: iced coffee with sf davinci syrup and hwc
l: linda sue's broccoli quiche with a side of bacon
d: something eggy and an avocado
also as much water as i can drink (i'm working on getting more in there)
i seriously need to plan trip to Wendy's for a bunless baconator !

Hi All! I'm back on the night shift so heres the menu for tonight.
Breakfast was 2 bunless Arby's roast beef.
Lunch will be smoked sausage with cheese, pepperoni, green pepper and onion on it.
Snacks of pork rinds, turkey, cheese, nuts if needed, like right now!
Today is my 14th day of Atkins and LC. Gonna stick with the induction menu for a while longer, as I don't feel tired, weak, or any of the induction pains.
Here's Today's Menu
Skipped breakfast as I slept way too late (11:30 AM)
Lunch: Burger between 2 garlic and dill Oopsies with a small amount of cheddar and mayo
Romaine salad with Full Circle Organic Ranch Dressing (if you are in NC, SC, VA and have Lowes Foods, these dressings are sugar free and great!)
5 oz BS Chicken Breast
One Mozzarella String Cheese
Pan sauteed brussels sprouts in olive oil with salt and pepper (if you've never had brussels sprouts this way, they are to die for!)
Snacks: Stalk of celery with homemade bleu cheese dip
