Hello!! :hiya: At the mercy of my bbq hosts tonight so will pre eat and hope there is something I have some bites of.

bpc and 1 regular
tuna salad on an oopsie
leftover steak
bbq ??
chocolate lava cake when I get home and only if I need it

Feeling less and lees need for food induced excitement. I even managed to lose my sweet tooth again. Weird .

Breakfast was 2 bunless McDoubles (at 2am!!)
Snacked on sunflower kernels
Lunch will be a Subway salad (Hurry up 30 minutes!)
Dinner, I have no clue yet

Pork rinds in the desk drawer if I need them!

whey shake w/coconut milk
salad w/boiled eggs, caesar dressing and some almond/parmesan crackers
snow crab legs w/butter
tuna salad on mesclun, a slice of cantaloupe
and some cottage cheese if I want it

Breakfast was ground beef with Tasso's Red Pepper and Cheese Spread ( 1 carb per TBS ) I had 2 TBS..... and some cream cheese. 2 TBS.... so 4 carbs for breakfast.

Lunch was a lettuce wrap with 2 slices of salami, and a slice of pepperjack cheese. About 4 carbs there, I think.

Breakfast
4 slices of bacon
3 eggs scrambles cooked in the leftover bacon grease then topped with grated old cheddar cheese

Lunch
Bunless Bacon deluxe (AND they screwed the order. Was suppose to be 2 patties but only got 1) with no ketchup, mayo and the fixings (lettuce, tomatoes, onions)
1 can of Zevia cola

Supper
NO frikken idea. I left in such a hurry I only had time to grab my cold pack and throw in 4 pepperettes lol. The good thing is there is a grocery store couple of blocks of where I work. Might go get roast chicken and pick up an avocado or maybe if I can find premade avocado dip.

Dinner has been figured out...... cheeseburgers with all the fixin's except the bun for me. The family will have buns like they always do.

Breakfast: coffee with HWC
Lunch: skipped because we ate dinner at 3:00 PM
Dinner: I made lobster salad on low carb rolls and mini burger grilled sliders on low carb rolls with low carb cole slaw and turnip fries. Yum!

Lunch: Ham & Cheese sandwich on an oopsie roll
Dinner: Cheeseburger on an oopsie roll, lemon bomb, cream cheese cloud

Portobello Mushroom sauteed in balsamic vinegar and topped with provolone

Side note to djlottawa:
What is a pepperette? Is it like Pepperoni?

L: leftovers from last night's dinner out, chopped steak & grilled portabella mushrooms, sparkling water-grapefruit flavor
D: gyros meat, greek salad
