It's THURSDAY! What Are You Eating Today?

Morning all. Long time no see!

Breakfast: Three boiled eggs, three rashers of bacon and a coffee with double cream and splenda.

Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber, tomato and orange pepper with prawns, mayo and paprika.

Dinner: Cajun chicken drumsticks with soured cream and buttered green beans.

Snacks: Peperami, two babybels.

Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

Back to the gym this evening as well.

Road food--- nitrite-free deli roast beef rolled up around a pepper strip. Extra water because riding in cars is dehydrating for me.

Supper around the campfire = two 2-carb hot dogs, small serving of beanless chili, and I'm making a veggie tray with either guacamole or my favorite soft cheese (D'affinois)

I might have a boubon and diet, but probably not tonight--- 6 days of camping with my friends so I think I'll start slow.
Optional Snack is either a one-carb candy from Linda Sue's site or a bite of my favorite cheese.

B - coffee with s/f vanilla syrup and leftover buffalo chicken breast
L - Catered lunch again. Probably same as yesterday (inards of a half of turkey sandwhich and a small salad)

Changed to a apple pie protein shake.

Dinner will not be tilapia, it has gone bad, i went home at lunch and tried to salvage what I could which wasn't much. IDK about dinner, I'll probably have to pick up at packet of tuna. I saved the mayo

So my previous goal for this date was to be at 129 lbs, but unfortunately this morning I was at 136. For the past two weeks I've been going on and off plan and cheating really bad. Ive gotten up to 144 and am just now back to 136. Hopefully seeing how hard it was to get off the water weight from cheating and realizing that I probably could have reached my first goal by today will help keep me better on track! My new goal is to be 132 by July 4th!

Today I'm eating:
B- coffee w/ 2 T HWC and 4 splenda
L- Sunflower kernels and a serving of Linda Sues PB pudding
D- Fajita style chicken and veggies

3 liters water, 2 green tea pills and 2 fish oil pills
= 913 calories, 72g total fat, 32g sat fat (a little higher than id like), 28 total carbs, 20 net.
