L: 1/2 lb hamburger patty with mustard

D: shrimp sautéed with olives, zucchini and summer squash, with feta cheese

out to supper at our usual joint, and there's two favorites there--- either 8 oz ribeye w/medley of zucchini, yellow squash, carrot, and green beans, or the black and bleu salad (greens, tomato, red onion, bleu cheese, and 6 oz of steak strips.)

Don't get paid until Friday so slim pickins.

B - Coffee, 2 slices of tavern ham, 1 fried egg with cheese
L - We are having a catered lunch brought in. THIS TIME, I'm taking out the inards of a wrap (probably grilled chicken, bacon, lettuce and tomato) and I think our Admin. ordered a cob salad. So I will have about a half of cup of that with balsamic
D - Grilled chicken with snap peas

Out of ACV and CO. Will get more Friday.

L: canned tuna mixed with mayo & dill relish, can of raspberry sparkling water

dessert this evening - tea w/hwc & splenda OR a can of coconut sparkling water

Just an update. I'm starving since going off plan. So I just had myself a cup of chicken broth. Also, I had the inards of half of a turkey and cheese sandwhich. They did have cobb salad, so I had about a cup of it with about 1 tbsp of ranch dressing

MUST STAY STRONG!

Didn't eat the tuna, but did eat a habanero bacon ranch burger sans bun from McDonalds, which gave me gas But tasted good. Also had a bunch of cheese and a salami blue cheese roll up. So hungry last few days!

Not enough family home tonight to make all the taco stuff so I made myself roasted kale chips and some freezer-buffalo wings instead.
