There's your lesson from the slip. It's great that you recognize that carbs are not a good thing for you.
Plan some alternative, on-plan foods. Find simple non-gunky substitutes for the times you'd go to carbs.

Carbs are like a drug to me, too, and I can't stop eating them either.
So I don't start.

Most of us here have a long road and of course the longest road for everyone will be maintenance!!!! We all can do it. We choose what we want out of life. We do it in all aspects of our being. Our financial way of life mostly, our way we treat others, everything has to come from you and how you want to live. living life eating the good foods? Yes, we all want that

hang in there!!!!!! We all are walking the same road.

I came back after almost 10 years of losing, gaining, losing, gaining.

This time I'm committed and I've lost 56 lbs so far.

I've discovered that I can't tolerate the odd sandwich or piece of bread from a breadbasket. I can tolerate Lindt dark chocolate and Ryvita Cracked Pepper wafers.

I can't tell you how many times I've fallen off the wagon because "a piece of pizza won't hurt me".

The important thing is to know what triggers your binges and AVOID the triggers. I also blog everyday. It keeps me accountable.

You're still 10lbs to the good---knock this one out of the park! We're all cheering for you!
Read about my 365 day blogging commitment: http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/we...vengeance.html

I can do this! I prove it EVERY DAY when I avoid sugar...

October 27, 2013 :: ONE YEAR BINGE free!

Progress photos posted on my blog!
