L : Barbecue basically steak,sausage and cauliflower

B - two eggs, coffee with light cream
L - pork chop, caesar salad, sliced strawberries
S - honeydew and cantaloupe
D - chicken leg/thigh with roasted brussels sprouts and spinach salad
Last night I messed up and gave in to an ice cream craving, so trying hard to not beat myself up and stay on track today.
B- coffee w/ 2 T HWC, 4 splenda
L- 1/2 cup sunflower kernels
D- chili-lime grilled chicken breast & sauteed bell pepper & onion topped w/ cheese on the side! So yummy! Tastes like fajita filling :)
+ lots of water
= 950 calories, 72g total fat, 26g sat fat, 24g total carbs, 14 net.
Ok, I decided that my trouble with menu making is that I am really not hungry so I am doing a modified I.F. day.

gluc pudding of some sort.... not apple but maybe pumpkin pie spice!!

L: chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese, cheddar, and jalapeņos
D: Caesar salad, roast pork
Brunch: 2 fried eggs, 3 sausage patties
S: extra sharp white cheddar slice (0 carbs/kills cravings)
D: Taco salad
B: Bacon and hot dogs w/ cheese and sour cream
B: coffee with calcium chews
L: 3 oz chicken fajitas
D: either 3 oz tilapia or orange roughy
had some coconut milk in my coffee.
COttage cheese, veg strips.

L: 1/2 of a small avocado filled with chicken salad; ice tea
D: Southwestern Chili Con Carne, topped with the rest of the avocado
B: omelete w/spinach, mushrooms, sausage & swiss; coffee
L: Chopped salad (lettuce,chicken, blue cheese, onion, tomoato, avocado, bacon bits & ranch dressing)
D: 2 burger patties

L - granny smith apple and a couple of handfulls of mixed nuts
D - "Cheeseburger casserole" - This stuff is THE BOMB! I don't have an exact recipe because I just throw it together but this is how it goes and I highly recommend you try it out:
1) Cook ground beef in a skillet with whatever seasonings you'd like (I always add garlic, red pepper flakes, onion powder, a little worcestershire sauce, etc.) and when it's cooked through, mix it with enough mayo and mustard to make it kinda "creamy."
2) Then press the hamburger mixture into the bottom of a small baking dish and top with a layer of cheese (tonight I'm using swiss cheese but have also used blue cheese and sharp cheddar). Bake until the cheese is nice and bubbly
3) While that's in the oven, fry up some bacon (yay!)
4) When it comes out I top it with diced tomato, diced onion and crumbled bacon and tonight I will also add sauteed mushrooms (to take care of that craving I have for a big mushroom and swiss burger!).
I've been known to eat it right out of the baking dish with a spoon but you can also serve it over lettuce/spinach/kale for a "cheeseburger salad." I've also "hidden" veggies in it to up my veggie intake and I've found that zucchini and cauliflower are good ones that don't really change the flavor at all.

-6 Oz. Top Round Steak
-1/4 Cup Oven Roasted Parsnips
-1 Green Tea Infuser
B Protein shake with 2 Tbs of Coconut oil and unsweetened almond milk
L- The typical salad with avocado and chicken
D- 2 Salmon burger patties + Broccoli
