How long does it take to show up on the scale...
Ok, so I know low carb is a little different because we are talking about water weight etc. but, I was always under the impression that it took about a week for you to see changes on the scale, idk where I got this from maybe weight watchers? But I know a lot of you say that you weigh in daily to keep you food in check, to know what stalls or makes you gain.
The reason I'm asking is because I worked out (for the first time) Friday and Saturday, then yesterday I only had 11 carbs, drank lots of water, today I'm up a lb... Could I be retaining water from working out or could it be something I ate before yesterday? :dunno:
