I'm in the process of fermenting some jalapenos and carrots! Can't wait till they are done, this is my first go at it! I love sauerkraut, kimchee, pickles, any other fermented veggie.... yummmmm

Sweet Rice Flour Paste is ground from "sticky rice" and has a glycemic index of 98. As a former T2 diabetic I personally have to stay away from it.

I was in the grocery store today to pick up something for my Mom and I had to go into the middle where I never go and I was shock to realize how much "food" in the stores I just don't eat. I eat whole real foods.
So I guess if I want kimchi I will have to make it myself!
Good for you Lrrych!!!
A former T2 diabetic!!!!!
That is an amazing accomplishment!!!
I am sure that if I had not switched over to a low carb WOE I would be dead or at least nearly dead by now!
Keep up the good work!
The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change
Permanent weight loss requires permanent change.
