It's SUNDAY! What's on your menu?

B: 4 slices of bacon with cream cheese, 2 deviled eggs, coffee with heavy cream

L: hamburger patty with mayo, mustard, and pickles. Sugar-free coleslaw

D: fresh grouper, broccoli with lots of butter

S: string cheese, pepperoni

Have a great day!

Card Party!!!

burgers and dogs, veg tray w/guacamole, and whatever else shows up that I can eat.
Bloody mary.

leftover burger patties for supper, with either more raw veggies or some mushrooms and onions cooked in butter, or both.

snack will be new, thanks to Jackie123-- a cup of celestial seasonings cherry tea with butter in it, and a bite or two of guacamole if there's any left, or cheese if there isn't.

Last night's dinner was a hoot! We sat at a big table. A large table of 25 yr old women came in and pretty much everyone at my table followed them with their eyes. I looked at Cousin Jill and said "Wait, are we the only two who like boys?" Everybody cracked up, because all the women were lesbians except me and Jill.

The point of me telling you this is that dinner (filet w/sauce of mushroom, cream, and red wine and zucchini, plus 3 raw oysters) didn't fill me up, so I grabbed two pats of butter from the bread basket and ate them with a spoon. I am so happy I met the nice ladies at the table with us, because they didn't bat an eye. It was so refreshing to hang out with a 100% live-and-let-live crowd. Very liberating and it made me feel good and confident.

Pork belly is my favorite. And braised short ribs. Nom.

I got both at that wedding I talked about on another thread. Heavenly. I ate 4 appetizer plates of short ribs and then dove into the beef tenderloin station for dessert. And then they did a whole pig on Sunday's barbeque. The groom (he's a chef) and I were picking at the belly right off the smoker.

It will rock your world. Plus it is fun to put part of the head or some other dubious part onto your father-in-law's plate and tell him it is a high honor to be given that to eat.

It's yumtastic. It reminds me of blueberry cobbler. I do sweeten it, though. Just whatever sweetener you like.

I just do celestial seasonings or, depending on my weekly budget, generic. Any yes, they do taste good with hwc.

OMG. fresh mozzerella melted over a burger with homemade guacamole and a slice of tomato and a grind of really good sea salt, all wrapped in a couple of romaine leaves with 1/4 cup canteloupe chunks on the side= early OWL bliss.
