D-beef flank 5 oz, salad with tomatoes, avocados
glass pinot grigio
Watching carbs and calories for the week...another eating AKA birthday weekend coming up.
bpc and 1 coffee with hwc
avocado salad (100g avocado, 50g tomato, 10g red onion, 2 crispy bacon slices and 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar)
green onion pork burger on 1 oopsie with 1 tbsp. mayo, 10g red onion and 1 romaine leaf
pumpkin seeds (1/4 cup)
B: coffee, black
D: chicken breast, pan seared with Mexican seasonings like polo asada; creamed spinach; salad
Snack: peach (in season finally!)
S: shrimp sauteed in pasta sauce w/zucchini "noodles"; salad
B - 2 eggs, nectarine, coffee with light cream
L - Ribeye steak, radishes, watermelon
D - Pork chop, summer squash, broccoli
Dessert - couple of squares of dark chocolate
B: Old Wisconsin turkey sausage stick
L: A salad of romaine, turkey breast. avocado and Caesar dressing
D: A salad of romaine topped with a chopped up Steak-Umm, avocado and Italian dressing
As usual, water throughout the day

protein shake. veggie strips, and a couple bites of some fabulous cheeses, d'Affinoise and a chive jack.
2 pints black coffee, no sweeteners

S - Pumpkin seeds and ACV with water
L - 2 oz of jalepeno cheese and ACV with water
D - Chili

L-2 pickle, ham, laughing cow (1 wedge) roll ups
S-pecan cookie dough protein shake:yummy:
D-Probably chicken and salad or fish and salad.
S-probably veggies, edemame
L: Left-over BBQ Chicken with a few cooked mushrooms (dinner last night)
S: Blue Berries
D: May not have time to cook, so I might pop in an Atkins meal.
B: Bp coffee and one scoop whey protein powder dissolved in water
L: 5 flax crackers topped with Brie and bacon bits
S: two tablespoons sesame tahini
Dinner: leftover chicken taco salad w romain, green onions, sour cream and cilantro
Desert: too many fat bombs. :(
I'm thinking of researching JUDD, since I'm doing my own calorie cycling anyway!
B: 3 egg omelet w/munster cheese topped with Franks Red Hot
L: leftover LC meatloaf and mashed cheese cauliflower
D: grilled chicken & some fresh mixed greens w/ Ranch or caesar
plus water and I had a half of an italian sausage dipped in mustard at 4pm

I had McD's scrambled eggs and two servings of bacon.
Lunch was a homemade burger with a slice of cheese.
Snack was nuts; Three servings throughout the workday.
Dinner was a big salad (lettuce, a few tomatoes, black olives, cheese) and a Steak!!
