Note to Self: Carbs eaten a sliver at a time still count!
We had a tray of brownies in the house this weekend, and every time I walked by it or cut one for the kids, I'd take just a tiny little bit. Over the course of the weekend, I probably ate a whole brownie, which isn't a big deal, I guess, since I'm not trying to stay in ketosis or anything. But it would have made tons more sense to sit down and really enjoy it with a cup of tea if I was going to have a brownie.
Logically I knew this all along, so why do I still do things like this? Ugh.
