S - 125 g carrot sticks - fresh from my CSA box - yea!
L - 3.5 oz beef tenderloin, 225 g watermelon
D - lemon pepper turkey tips, baby spinach salad, summer squash

D: probably salmon again with an arugula mix salad, a nice sauce, and some olives & cheese.

gotta grab something fast for lunch--- cheese stick and some cold cuts

Dinner out. Pork chop with green veggie if they have them or a ribeye if they don't.
snack will be boring because i don't have anything interestin. protein shake or plain avocado.

B: 3 eggs and 2 slices cheese and 1/2 TBS butter
L: 10 ounces 93% beef, 2 slices cheese, mustard, diet root beer mixed with 1 TBS heavy cream ... yay, root beer float! :yummy:
D: I don't know yet, but I will definitely be eating faux mashed taters made from cauliflower

Breakfast- 1 lC bar, 2 coffees w/ hwc
Lunch- salad w/ ranch and hot wings off the bone on top of salad.
Supper- bacon and eggs. Yum!
Water through out the day and 1 diet dr pepper

L-1 HB Egg, 3 slices Oscar Mayer Ham chopped up and mixed w/1tbsp light mayo, 1tbsp sliced jalapeno
S-If needed, some jello parfait thingy I got at Dollar Tree
D-I think tilapia and a plain salad
S-more parfait or edamame or veggies

B- Coffee w/ 1 T HWC & 3 splenda
L- 1/4 cup sunflower kernels, sm. iceberg salad, & a string cheese
D- Grilled chz burger on romaine leaves w/ mayo & pickle, with a salad and 1/2 cup sliced/buttered carrots
sn- another coffee w/ 1 T HWC & 3 splenda to keep me awake while studying later :(

+ at least 2 liters water, a green tea pill, and 2 fish oil pills

= 1,030 calories, 83g total fat, 30g sat fat, 32 total carbs, 22 net.
A little high on the sat fat and carbs but not by much so I'm okay with it.

Yay! A favorite local joint is well-known for doing special orders.
So for dinner I got a takeout order of 2 small chicken breasts with a legal alfredo sauce and a piece of provelone, with a double order of julienned zucchini, yellow squash, string beans, and carrots.
