Small NSV

But I'll take it.

I got into my first pair of goal pants. I couldn't even button them before. But they are still way too tight. Not comfortable and holy muffin top batman! I think it might be a bit before I'm comfortable actually wearing them.

So, it's like a half victory. They are still goal pants. But even buttoning them is a good start.

Nice!!! I like to try things on occasionally, too- even if I know I can't wear the garment in public yet. It's like guaging progress!! It's a pretty cool NSV!! Good for you!

I have this sage green shirt that I try on twice a week. It still has the tags on it. Well, in January the buttons were at least an inch from closing and now I am thinking I might wear it this weekend.

CONGRATS Sailor Girl

it will not be long that you will be wearing them comfortably. HOLD THE COURSE!!

trying on clothes and getting into some tight things that don't fit is always a great feeling.

the other day I went thru some clothes and put a pair of my old 18 jeans next to my current 14s.
I finally saw the difference in the waist and thighs. the 14s are WAY SMALLER then those 18s

made me feel good to see it!!

Good for you. Imo, clothing is one of the BEST NSVs, and often tells you what the scale won't. Last weekend I went through all my clothes, needed to get rid of overstuffed drawers and closets, and it was actually fun. I found things I'd put away and forgotten about because they were too small. Many of them now fit. It was like shopping at home!
