A light bulb went off

I watched Dr Westman's video yesterday and a light bulb went off. My weight loss has come to a halt the past 3 weeks. I was down to 180 now 183. I am on plan and between small to moderate ketones. After watching Dr Westman's video I realized, I am eating too much SF chewing gum ( approx. 10 pieces a day) and not counting the carbs. So, rethinking what and how much I put in my mouth.

Dr Westman gave a story of a man who was on plan but didn't lose weight and he didn't know why. The man stood up and Dr heard jingling in the man's pocket. It was Tic Tacs. So Dr Westman warns about over doing SF gum and Tic Tacs. There are some carbs in them, even though a small amount but they do add up.

My last time around doing LC I would eat Tic Tacs like crazy! The package says less then 1 carb But I took that to mean Go Crazy! And I did! No Tic Tacs for me this time!

LOL, I just realized, I may have turned my metaphor around and the title should have been, "A Light Bulb Went On".
