It's THURSDAY! What are you eating?
 
Good morning!! I have a real desire for steak that I have been pushing off but today is the day!!:D

bpc and one regular coffee
cheese and hard salami
strip loin steak, grilled with a pat of butter on top and maybe a small side salad

L: tuna salad, diet coke
D: bunless jalapeno cheese burger, small salad w/ranch dressing

snacks: lots of water and coffee, hb eggs and cocoa/peanut butter "pudding"

L - roast chicken breast (skin on) with broccoli
D - pasta night for the family, so Italian sausages in pasta sauce over zucchini ribbons sauteed in garlic and olive oil for me

chicken thigh, oven baked w/pork rind and parmesan, romaine w/emulsion, small svg cauliflower with a pat of butter
snack if I want it is avocado pudding.

L-egg salad wrapped in 3 sliced of ham
S-Jerky if needed
D-Either chicken tenders and a salad, or a hamburger patty and salad.

L: Chopped up chicken breast mixed with mayo (chicken salad I guess ;) ), water


D: Depends if dh is back in town. If so, probably steak and salad with blue cheese dressing. If not, a Steak-Umm with melted cheddar

Water throughout the day and I may have a glass of ice tea mid afternoon

S - About 20 pumpkin seeds
L - Tuna in a cup and about 1.5 ounces of jalepeno cheese
D - Tilapia cooked in EVOO and smart balance and lemon juice and brussel sprouts with smart balance butter
S - BPC with unsweetened cocoa added (1 Tbsp of EVCO)

Magnesium supplement (thanks to those who recommended. As regular as can be!)

Circuit training

Got to reup on the ACV. Get paid tomorrow

A little more protein than I like, but not too bad.

L- Salad with lettuce + Spinach + 1/2 Avocado + 1/2 Tomato + 6 oz of Chicken + 4 Tbs of Ken's Blue Cheese Vinagrette dressing and 1 tbs of olive oil
D- Cauliflower + 8 oz steak
Hopefully nothing else...The cookie monster will come thou

B- 2x coffee with splenda and cream, egg salad on 2 thin slices of home made lc bread
L- hot "cereal" ( 1/4 c ricotta, 1 egg, 1/2 c water, 2tbs flax nuke for 2:30, stir midway, sweaten to taste and add cream to taste)
D- poached salmon, cauli mash, garden salad
