What can I order from the coffee shop while on Induction?

I have been following another plan for the past 6 to 7 months and although I was successful with it, I find that with my new job as an RN that the restrict-fulness of the plan does not fit into my busy life style at this time, so I have decided to return to Atkins after many years. Last time I was on induction I was not a coffee drinker however......nursing school and working as an RN during night shift has changed that for me So my question is......is there anything I can order from the coffee shop while on induction? I know I can have HWC, however does a coffee shop breve have too much in it for induction level carbs?

Thanks

The amount is up to you. A cup of cream has about 800 calories and 6g carbs.
I'd suggest just a "splash" (an ounce) of cream to keep both carbs and cals lower

Oh my go-to is either an iced coffee with sugar free syrup and a splash of half and half, or a hot coffee made the same way
Both are under 2g carbs and under 50 calories.

Lately, I've been ordering an ice coffee without milk from Starbucks and ask them to add in a couple of splashes of hwc and then my sweetener.

I typically order just a cup of brewed coffe or an Americano.
I've found I can add CO/butter or MCT oil and be a happy camper.
I don't have my frother with me, but a few stirs mix things up enough for me.

I like the SF syrups, some have a really good selection. I was at one the other day that had salted caramel flavor which was very tasty

I drink decaf, but I get a decaf Americano with "this much" heavy cream (and I hold my fingers about an inch apart) and if I want it, 2 squirts of whatever SF syrup sounds good. Starbucks has a cinnamon dolce that I really like - in fact I bought a bottle of the syrup from them and make them at home!

Thank you for the replies! I don't drink coffee everyday but on nights I work it can be a must do in order for me to make it through my 12 hour shift.

I purchased some cocoa butter, which I think would taste good as a sub or in addition to CO, HWC, etc. 14 grams of fat per ounce, about the same as CO. o carbs.

I recently got some cocoa butter to experiment with, and it's OK in coffee (but I still need cream). However, it does have theobromide, a caffeine-like substance, and I found the combination of caffeine from coffee and the theobromide in the the cocoa butter is a little much for me--gives me the jitters.

I really don't like it so much that I will overdo, but will defo use it up and maybe put in fat bombs.

Thanks for sharing that bit about theobromide.
Maybe I could use it in decaf. Not that I drink decaf, but I might . . . .
