Smoked sausage, from Aldi's and it had a spicy buffalo flavor to it, and coffee
Most likely a Double Quarter Pounder from McD's, bunless of course
Not sure for the rest of the day

I am going to a college graduation party/BBQ this afternoon. The menu consists of mostly high carb foods. So I am taking a large vegetable salad with grilled shrimp and blue cheese dressing. Wish me luck.

A ridiculous food plan, but it's good.

4 chicken thighs, fried w/pork rind and parmesan
some coconut muffins. I put cocoa and extra sweetener in some of them.
maybe a coconut milk jello
some celery sticks
and some scrambled eggs if I want them.

I'm down in Southern Oregon and it is really hot here, so not much appetite (snacking)

B: Small juice glass of V8 and a small piece of left over bockwurst from last night

L: Old Wisconsin turkey bites, and lots of water

D: I am marinating carne asada, which I will grill and serve with homemade guacamole and a salad

More water and sun tea throughout the day

Brunch: Coffee w/hwc,cinnamon&stevia. Bacon,sausage, farm fresh scrambled eggs (made the grandsons french toast)

Dinner: Geo Stella roast beef, steamed &buttered cauliflower. Jello w/ whipped cream.

sausage, mushroom, and potato frittata
(don't know why I wanted to put potatoes in, sounded good, and 5 other people eating it). My first frittata, and I will definitely be making it more, minus potato.
2 cream cheese, almond butter, and coconut butter fat bombs
6 wings fried in coconut oil on my new(to me) flat top stove!!

Dinner will be lots of BBQ and acorn squash roasted in olive oil

2 C of Bulletproof Coffee!!! My first time and I am hooked. I meant to have just one cup, but in my morning stupor I forgot I need a tall container if I'm going to use my immersion blender. It spewed everywhere. Luckily, my dogs were happy to help me clean up the mess. Then I drank what was left in my cup. I loved it so much I made myself another . Anyway, I really had about 1.5 cups, although I tracked it as 2. Man, that was a lot of calories!
For lunch I will have full fat Fage (4 oz) with a couple of sliced strawberries and topped with Redi Whip.
For dinner tonight I will have mussels, and salmon and maybe a crab cake, with fresh asparagus roasted in olive oil.
