Ketosis

So I've increased my fat intake the past few days by using EVCOO and my urine keto strips are now in the small to moderate range. I am on day 5 of TOM so as far as weight loss is concerned, I'm at the weight I was prior to it. Hoping for that woosh when it goes bye bye.

What has me a bit concerned is the amount of fat and protein I've been consuming. I'm trying to get it right for weight loss. Could someone take a look at the following scale and advise if I'm doing this correctly?

Yesterday's meal counts

Calories: 1,284
Carbs - net 12 (6.7%)
Protein: 95 (28.2%)
Fat: 98 (65.1%)

Do these numbers look ok?

Age 41
Height: 5'6"
CW: 153

Your macros look fairly good and you don't have much to lose. That often makes the weight loss very slow. I also would like to mention that it is very typical to have a 'pause' in weight loss at about the stage you are now.
