It's Friday ! What are you Eating?
 
Noticed there was no thread for today so here goes.

B : 2 eggs,2 0zs polish sausage,chilies one cup coffee 1 tbsp sunflower oil
L: chicken strips with green peppers,tom sauce and maybe cauliflower
D: hamburger with anything but cauliflower on the side .
I still have the carbs to work out but turnip fries and green beans sounds good .

Good morning!! Surprised to see there doesn't appear to be a thread started for today so here it is!! :) I am doing a modified I.F. day today!

bpc and 1 regular coffee
leftover pork and shirataki stirfry
pumpkin seeds

B - Sausage & and egg
S - Pork rinds
L - Salad with all the goodies in it
D - Probably munch on sunflower seeds at the kids double header tonight

B- Bullet proof coffee (1 tbsp of EVCOO, 20 oz of coffee and 4 splenda)
S - radishes
L - leftover 1 oz of tilapia, roasted brussel sprouts and cauliflower mash
S - Hardboiled egg if needed
D - Maybe a couple buffalo wings
S - Bullet proof coffee ( 1 tbsp of EVCOO, 16 oz of coffee and 3 splenda)


Circuit training
Magnesium supplement
ACV with water x 3

Calories a bit low (689) before working out. So may have to include something else.

Day 7!!
B- coffee w/ 2 T HWC, 3 splenda
L- sunflower kernels & a deli style dill pickle spear
D- grilled chicken & salad
Sn- Going to the movies so im going to take a sf chocolate and sunflower kernels to snack on! May treat myself to a diet coke or sf redbull too :)

+ 2-3 water, 2 green tea pills, 2 fish oil vitamins
= 935 calories, 72g total fat, 19g sat fat, 29 total carbs, 20 net

Depending on how the day goes I'll probably add a T of CO in somewhere to get my calories closer to 1200!

L: Grilled chicken salad with blue cheese dressing; huge ice tea

S: Old Wisconsin turkey bites (like the post above mine :laugh: ). They are really good! Small juice glass of V8

D: I grilled bockwurst, zucchini, and asparagus.
