It's Thursday! What are you Eating?
 
B - Bullet proof coffee and regular coffee with 1 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk, 4 splenda
S - if needed, I made cheddar crisps or radishes
L - Leftover buffalo chicken, cauliflower mash with cheddar and shirtake noodles
D - 4 oz of tilapia sauteed in EVOO and Smart balance, cauliflower mash with cheddar

ACV with water 3 X

L - whole avocado, 9 oz broccoli
S - small granny smith apple
D - roast leg of lamb, brussels sprouts, tomato slices - YUM

burger burger burger-- got a lot to use up.
spinach sauteed in caesar dressing
cup of celery and cukes
1/2 avocado
2 eggs fried in butter
a dill pickle
and I"m trying a coconut milk pudding thing. just lemon jello and coconut milk. Supposed to use Knox but I don't have any.

For breakfast and lunch I will have slices of pizza. I make my pizza using NancyElle's Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust! Easiest EVER! Pics included! now depending on the ingredients you use will determine the overall total calories and carbs.

For me this delicious bad boy comes out to 2.6g net carbs per slice.



For dinner I will have a salad (got to get my vegetables in). :) :up:

Indulged yesterday for dinner, and I'm off to NYC tomorrow to visit friends, so I'm keeping it clean today

B: earl grey tea with 2 splenda and 1 half-and-half
L: food trucks: spicy beef bowl with sprouts, greens, pickled radish, carrots, zucchini, fried egg on top, hot sauce, no rice.
D: probably the bacon, salami, spinach hash I have at home with a fried egg on top

Day 6!!
B- coffee w/ 2 T HWC, 3 splenda
L- 1/2 cup sunflower kernels
D- 5 oz grilled lemon pepper chicken breast w/ 1 T ranch& 1 tsp hot sauce for dipping, plus a salad w/ italian dressing
sn- 1 sf toffee square, and 6 sf cocoa peanuts :o

+ 2-3 liters water, 2 green tea pills (I think these are helping to make me not hungry :)), and 2 fish oil pills

= 1,071 calories, 88g total fat, 23g sat fat, 38 total carbs, 28 net
A little high on the carbs today, but ill be working out later so not a big deal!

D: toasted sessme, lox, and cream cheese omelet.

d - linda's just like mashed potatoes, few bits of chicen, half avacado

snack - about 8 toasted coconut flavored almonds

Down 10 lbs in a week. I know it's probably all water weight...but it's so nice to see the scale moving in the RIGHT direction for once ;)

3: about to make sirloin steak with broccoli and cauliflower mash
