dessert will be a fat bomb if I get around to making them, or something else fatty but not with cream or cream cheese (the soup took my allowance).
Had. Really bad eating day yesterday. Hopefully today will be better.

He's going on a trip Thurs-Sun. It will be interesting to eat what I want when I want it. Sometimes I don't want supper at all but I eat it because I cooked.

L - Salad of mixed greens, strawberries, 1.5 oz feta, 1TB olive oil

D - Pork chops, brussels sprouts, summer squash
