B - sausage, bacon and mini salami slices
L - chicken with melted cheese
D - something quick like bunless McD's

Snack of cheese and turkey if/when needed

D: Two egg yolks and three strips of bacon, cooked in bacon grease

S: Still more cream cheese

Glad I planned it out--- my ideas made it low on protein, so I'll have a whey protein shake for breakfast.
Then a chicken leg w/some celery
Dinner is a meaty chef salad with creamy southwestern taco soup.
dessert will be a fat bomb if I get around to making them, or something else fatty but not with cream or cream cheese (the soup took my allowance).

lol once again my planning must be adapted.
Husband announced he wants steak and salad for dinner.

So....
chicken leg for breakfast
cold cuts and cheese with olive oil for lunch, with some celery sticks.
dinner is steak and salad.
and snack will be fried pepperoni, and sf jello with whipped cream.

He's going on a trip Thurs-Sun. It will be interesting to eat what I want when I want it. Sometimes I don't want supper at all but I eat it because I cooked.

L-Italian Salad (from Walmart) 1g per serving with Hidden Valley Bacon Ranch dressing
Snack- pepperoni slices
D- Mexican restaurant (either the skillet) or Taco Salad (ignoring the chips of course)

B - Bullet proof coffee (this time with 1 tsp of butter, 1 Tbsp of EVCO and 3 sweet and low)
S- 2 ounce of cheese
L - Tuna in a cup and 2 pickel spears
D - Chicken cubed and sauteed in EVOO, Smart balance butter, garlic and hot sauce and caulflower with Smart Balance butter

bulletproof coffee
3 grilled wings, bowl of beef broth with onions and dredges of the roast beef
Carbmaster banana cream yogurt
chicken, red bell pepper, onion, ginger, and snap pea stir fry
couple of cups of popcorn (:() No will power around freshly popped popcorn

Added nother bullet proof coffee with cocoa powder, shirtake noodles (first time trying and eh. Not very happy with the texture. But very filling!) and I made cauliflower mash with cheddar cheese. Yum! :yummy:

Total carbs consumed last night: 13 net
