MISERABLE....... TMI coming

I have been on Atkins Induction 3 weeks Thursday. Well lets just say, I don't think it's normal to only poo 3 times in the 3 weeks. I started taking the psyllium fiber Friday and STILL nothing. HELP!

Magnesium.

Psyllium fiber can make things worse if you haven't gone in a while.

Take some magnesium supplements (someone else can tell you how much) daily, and you should be more regular soon.

Or bulletproof coffee.

I've done the salt water flush myself, a few times in the last ten years. It works, but magnesium is simpler.

I have to drink 2 bottles of magnesium citrate on Sunday to prepare for surgery on Monday and nothing but clear liquids besides a light breakfast. Maybe I can hold off until then.. All I know is I think that not going is causing me to stall and gain what I lost back. :-(

Thank you Ntombi!

My go to (sorry for the pun) and what I do everyday so I can "go" is coconut oil (1 TBS) and a good probiotic!!

Works like a charm!

Fat usually does it for me. A salad just drenched in homemade ranch will do the trick every time. Or coffee w/ lots of cream!

I put 1-2 tbsp of coconut oil in my coffee every morning and I take 500 mg of Nature's Way Magnesium Complex daily. Since I began these two, I have not had an issue. I was miserable before adding these! Good luck!
