B- My very first authentic bullet proof coffee. Man is EVCO expensive ($11) It was in fact very yummy. But I drank it about 3 hours ago and a moment ago got really bad stomach pains. Wondering if it's related? :dunno:
S - ACV with 32 oz of water
L - Tuna in a cup, pickel spears, ACV with 32 oz of water
S - Jalepeno cheese (about an ounce)
D - Buffalo style chicken salad with EVOO and vinegar, sprinkling of cheddar cheese and 6 small green olives, ACV with about 20 oz of water

L 2 oz Mozzarella,3 cherry tomatoes,few strawberries,diet pepsi
D Brussel Sprouts w bacon from recipe room,1/2 cup cottage cheese
S drink gallon 1/2 cold water daily,cream cheese clouds

S: 2 oz cream cheese
D: 2oz hamburger with miracle noodles seasoned with garlic, coconut aminos, and Thai red chili paste
2nd S: one spare rib, with mustard

I think I'm actually eating too much protein for this to be a true fat fast, but so far I've been losing a lb a day, so Woohoo!:jumpjoy:
