I'll start the thread today!

B- bulletproof coffee

L- leftover steak, sliced cucumbers w/ranch

D- Scallops with roasted cauliflower

Iced tea and water!

B - 2 eggs, coffee with light cream
L - 2 eggs, cheese stick, gala apple
D - pork chops, caesar salad, zucchini

Busy weekend so I never made it to the grocery store, hence the egg-a-thon today.

1/4 of pumpkin bake with up to 2 oz whipped cream
7 oz leftover roasted chicken (as wraps and as dinner)
cup bone broth
1/2 avocado
1 T mayo
2 T olive oil
2 c raw spinach (and then I'll cook it)
1 med. tomato

So probably
B-- some bites of pumpkin bake
L: chicken, avocado, tomato and mayo lettuce wraps, and a cup of bone broth
D:roasted chicken with spinach cooked in olive oil.
Snacks-- the rest of my portion of pumpkin bake

My macro numbers have been good when I log in what I want to eat. Today is 1320 cal, 100 fat, 80 protein, and carbs are 31 total/16 net. I might decide to omit the tomato to push total carbs down a little.

L - Tuna sald with a cup, celery and 2 pickel spears, ACV with 32 oz of water
D - Grilled chicken salad, feta, black olives, oil and vinegar, acv with 20 oz of water

Day 3! So far so good!
B- coffee w/ 2 T HWC, splenda
L- salad, sunflower kernels, 1 deli style pickle spear
D- chicken breast, salad, 1 deli style pickle spear
sn- may have 1/2 T CO before bed if hungry, probably wont be!

+ lots of water, a green tea pill, and 2 fish oil pills

= 1,055 calories, 91g total fat, 26g sat fat, 28g total carbs, 18 net... I know I probably need to up my calories a bit but I just havent been hungry lately so im taking advantage of it while it lasts :)

B - Bulletproof coffee (which I had to make TWICE this morning because I spilled the first one all over the counter right after it finished brewing)

L - Apple, almonds, string cheese

D - Not sure what to do for this one, going to a Mumford & Sons concert right after work (yay!) so can't get home to cook. Normally I would just run through the drive through and grab a big burger and throw out the bun, but I've been eating no processed foods for the past 3 weeks and I wanted to keep it up....Ideas?

I ate way too much yesterday and my stomach hurts today from it. I'm all cleaned out now lol, but I was trying to fast as long as I can today. I'm sure I'll eat something tonight but it will be light, like salad and fish, or just a salad. Jello probably.

Second breakfast: one spareribs with mustard

Lunch: 1/2 cup chicken liver cooked in butter and bacon grease, one strip bacon

Snack: one half cream cheese muffin, 13 macadamia nuts

Supper: 1/2 cup chicken liver cooked in butter and bacon grease, one strip bacon

Snack: one ounce cream cheese with lime juice and Splenda

Still fat fasting......
