Ideal ketone strip level

Is there an ideal range that you should be in? The color of my strip this morning was between small and moderate.

Me personally I would say moderate. From my own experience, the darker the more dehydrated you are. Typically my strips are dark if I haven't been drinking much water which causes the ketones to be more concentrated. When I drink tons of water my results are on the lighter side.

I don't think vodka will alone will take you out. It does stop fat burning but I don't think it takes you out of ketosis
