Good morning. Going to be a weird eating day.

snacks of nuts, cheese, salami, olives and pate along with cucumber 'crackers'
asparagus with hollandaise sauce and ham steak
Sounds good to me, Cathy! :) I have weird days like that sometimes too.
I ended up eating some GF crackers and 1tbsp peanut butter last night. I had to stay up and wait in my DD to get home from a wedding and I don't do good if I have to stay up at night. Oh well.
B-egg cream shake
L-hamburger patty with fixins
D-roar beef or chicken, green beans
B 2 eggs 2 slices mortadella , 4 tsps HWC ,coffee , 1 tbsp sunflower oil
L:2 eggs ,3 ozs cauliflower,1 oz green pepper,4 ozs german sausage
D: still in the supermarket...
I'm starting day one of a fat fast, so it's going to be a weird day.
B: 2 cups coffee with 1 tablespoon coconut oil and 1 tablespoon butter, because I'm out of heavy whipping cream :-)
L: 2 ounces chicken salad with extra mayo.
Tea: One cream cheese muffin. ( I changed the recipe a little bit, and added butter)
S: Three whiteless egg yolks, and three strips of bacon cooked in olive oil.
GOing back and forth on whether I want a bloody mary.
Dinner is roasted chicken, asparagus, hollandaise.
I'll eat a spinach salad w/olive oil and leftover beef roast sometime.
We'll do our Sunday party platter for snacking--- microwaved cheese crackers, celery, some sort of creamy dip, and some sliced venison sausage and the rest of the roast, cold.
I should eat breakfast but I'm not hungry. Maybe some cottage cheese.
L-3 fried eggs in butter, slice of am. cheese, w. 2 sausage links, coffee, half and half and splenda
D-buffalo wings w. ranch dressing
water and more water
B- coffee w/ 2 T HWC
L- sunflower kernels, 2 deli style pickle spears
D- S&P chicken breast, salad, and a string cheese
Lots of water, green tea pill, 2 fish oil vitamins
= 1,075 calories, 92g total fat, 28g sat fat, 25 total carbs, 16 net
Havent been too hungry lately.. its starting to weird me out a little!
B: OMM w/sausage patty
L: 1 Bunless Angus all beef hot dog w/mustard and lc coleslaw
D: LC spegetti, romaine salad w/Ken's Ceaser Dressing
S: 10 almonds
B-coffee, shiritake w/ground pork, 1tbsp ketchup, Herdez salsa
S-2 tbsp olive hummus w/2 celery sticks.
L-I think I'm going to have a romaine salad w/a few slices of steak, salsa, Franks, and either some Oikos Roasted Red Pepper Dip on top or sour cream
D-Grilled chicken breast I have marinading in Citrus Mojo marinade right now, and some Spanish "rice" (miracle rice).
S-something sweet, probably some sf jello and some cocoa powder mixed with walden farms cinnamon rasin spread and warmed up.
Lemon water and coffee all day.

day 2 of back to basics. feeling really great as a result.
it is not about discipline. it just about eating what i want within the lc parameters. so: feeding time #1-mozzarella omelet with a double order of bacon(6-8 slices...i did not count). feeding time#2 in a few hours:pork chops with 1 tsp applesauce per chop, chicken broth, and cooked escarole.Drinking (non-alcoholic)around the clock esp plain water, diet snapple, iced coffee. Oh yes-no FRANKENFOODS...not for a while, anyway. Lovin' it. At my ancient age, I have little or no will power or discipline left. Wish me luck! Love & Profits:FLATFERENGHI

and the drink of the day was fizzy water with orange/tangerine mio and a drop of vanilla--- creamsicle.
B- bacon and an omelet (egg, cream, red pepper, onion, and a .5oz feta), 3x coffee with splenda and 18% cream, acv tonic, and water with fresh lemon and mint leaves
L- Taco Salad, acv tonic, water with fresh lemon wedge and mint leaves
D- can of tuna, with a tbs mayo and a chopped pickle, lemon and mint water
S- handful of green grapes, soya nuts
