Vitamins?

A couple of months ago I went into GNC "Just to look" and came out with an expensive (thank god for tax refunds!) bottle of Women's Ultra Mega Energy and Metabolism vitamins.

My energy has been bonkers lately..one day I'll be bouncing around and cleaning up and the next I'll be trying to talk myself out of going to bed at 7pm!

My question is what do I look for in the ingredients to let me know for sure these are low carb friendly? They aren't sweet but they have a STRONG vanilla taste (that's not entirely pleasant) and the "other ingredients" list sucralose. That is an artificial sweetener right? When I put it into my food/exercise tracker it doesn't list any carbs. I just don't wanna miss counting any random carbs and throwing me off track.

Oh and the vanilla tastes comes from "natural vanilla flavor" so is that sugar or vanilla extract? The company's website is not helpful.

I dunno maybe one of you lovely people can help or point me in the right direction to figure this out? The bottle was far too expensive to just toss out.

Thanks

You're probably fine. Sometimes vitamins will have a calorie count and then you can tell if it's carbs, but I don't see one on the label.

It does have caffeine in it. I've never seen a multivitamin with caffeine. So you might get the caffeine burst for awhile and then drop back down depending on how you react to caffeine.

I just started taking them today, so in my previous post I should have mentioned that. I am not sensitive to caffeine so the energy boost is only minimal at best for me.
