mineral water?

I always try to get my nourishment from natural sources rather than supplements. With that in mind I started to research different mineral waters. There are thousands of them! I had no idea.
It got me wondering what mineral water my LCF were drinking.

Fiji is my favorite. For fizzy, either perrier or pellagrino.

I like using sea salt, too. Pink himalayan and celtic usually. I need to place another order...can't get it locally. I like the australian Murray river salt, too, but it isn't as nutritious as the others.

I am enjoying LaCroix coconut and pear/peach flavored bubbly water right now. They have no sweeteners or calories.

Pellegrino for me too. That's pretty much it for me on beverages: coffee and Pellegrino.

oh! my online sea salt source has free shipping right now! I got fine ground himalayian for a finishing salt/table salt, and a 1/2 lb bag of celtic in a coarse grind for the grinder and for the stewpot.

Some of them aren't as mineralicious, but these two kinds are full of good stuff.
