coffee/hwc x 2 and 1 vco
avocado, tomato, red onion and bacon with homemade Italian dressing
salmon tango with dill sauce and a small side salad

L - avocado, arugula, cherry tomatoes
D - Italian sausage with peppers and onions, spinach salad
S - more iced coffee with cream - it's going to be so hot today!!!

B - 16oz Bulletproof coffee
L - green salad & couple of handfuls of raw almonds
D - Chicken breast and 2 avocado halves, filled with tomatoes and feta cheese, salt & pepper, then drizzled with a little balsamic

I've been trying a different kind of food planning.
I pick out and prep all of my foods for the day and then I eat them when I want them.

Today is 1/3 cup cottage cheese, 2 oz cheese and 1 oz pepperoni made up into microwaved crackers, 5 oz eye of round, 1 sausage patty, 1/2 cup mushrooms, raw spinach, 2 T ranch, and then up to 2 oz cream cheese and an ounce of butter, as cream cheese clouds if desired.

L: Chicken broth (still feeling a bit under the weather) and maybe some cheese a bit later

D: A small portion of prime rib, horseradish sauce, and a salad with blue cheese dressing

Water throughout the day and I may have an ice tea

D - other half of cobb salad with added spinach and arugula(-chicken +pork steak), 1/2 avocado

B = 2 scrambled eggs with 1 slice of american cheese, 3 sausage links, 1 cup of coffee with unsweetened almond milk and a splenda packet

L = grilled chicken breast topped with swiss cheese, avocado slices, and a slice of bacon; about a cup of grilled zucchini; about cup of grilled green beans

D = 1 cup of pulled pork

B- sf kozy shack pudding (I ate 2, not good I know!), coffee with splenda and hwc2x
L- too busy
D- bacon and 2 fried eggs, acv tonic
S- handful of green grapes, acv tonic

D-shiritake pizza sauce parmesan ground pork
S-coconut flour egg wf pb omm
S- needed something. Salad with a bit of steak, parm, salsa, and wf thousand island.

Now my tummy is ready to go to bed.
