S - Nectarine
D - 6 oz. hamburger patty, salad (arugula, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, homemade lemon vinaigrette)

All this talk about bullet proof coffee and the lack of funds for CO yet, I decided to make a mock version. While it did taste ok, the thought of butter in my coffee is now turning my stomach....

B - 6 oz coffee with 2 pats of butter and 1/2 tsp of powder creamer
S (maybe) - Mozzerella stick and/or pumpkin seeds
L - 3 Egg salad and 2 large pickle spears and small salad with oil and vinegar
D - Quarter pounder with cheese minus bun. Cooked on George Forman grill and broccoli and cauliflower with smart balance butter

13 net carbs

Ketosis sticks indicate I've been thrown out.:sad: Either because this is only day 3 of being back to low carb after going off over the Memorial Day weekend, or because I had 1 tbsp of semi sweet chocolate chips last night:annoyed:

IF you have a Costco near by, they have the cheapest prices for their CO. Where I live, you can buy a 54oz. container for $15.99. I have paid as much as $42 for that same size before I knew better. :)

I have been waiting all year for it!!!

add a baked chicken thigh to lunch and switch the avocado to pumpkin seeds and almonds :D

Isn't the cheese divine?! I have a cheese monger in my neighborhood where I get aged and fresh cheeses and they're so delicious. Have a fresh and a hard goat cheese right now that are to die for. I've had 15-year cheddar and love it, too.

L - Granny smith apple, raw almonds
D - Avocado with "bacon salad"

The Bacon Salad is awesome and I highly recommend it! It's like chicken salad or tuna salad but I use cooked & crumbled bacon, chopped grape tomatoes, mayo, a little squirt of mustard and salt & pepper. I plop it right on top of my sliced avocado and it tastes like a BLT. YUM!

S: Uncured dry Italian salami slices (they are low carb but awfully hard for me to stop eating. I want them gone now! :annoyed: )

Four egg omelete w cream cheese cooked in lard

L: 2 scoops whey protein powder and one cup unsweetened almond milk w aforementioned sweeteners.

S: 2 oz cream cheese w dill pickle

D: crab legs in drawn butter and chuck steak cooked in butter and mrs. Dash garlic and herb

Plus key lime club soda, and I may wilt some lettuce in butter

It's come to my attention that I eat a lot more on induction than I did before I went low carb...

ohhhhhh, yes! I love goat cheese cheddar. My meat supplier has a wicked one with crushed red chili peppers. It is to die for! I also go to my cities' farmers market to sample some of the best cheeses anywhere. Good thing I can't afford much of it!

Didn't eat the lunch. Had a grilled romain heart with ken's light northern Italian, 4oz snapper, and 4 Bacon wrapped scallops. Omg so good. I deserve it after body combat. i killed it.

I HAVE to add this because it was so stinking good!

I bought some of the SoDelicious mint chocolate chip ice cream today. I decided to make a milkshake with it. I used 1/2 cup ice cream(4NC) 1/2 cup coconut-almond milk(1/2 NC) 1tbsp HWC(1/2NC) and a few drops of liquid stevia. So yummy especially for only 5net carbs total. It was under 200 calories also.

Bullet proof coffee, then cookout at work. I work 12-10, so had 3 cheeseburgers with no bun, mayo, and mustard. Passed up the cookies, pie, rolls, pasta salad, potato salad, chips, etc.
