Haven't been to the gym as I usually go during lunch time but I have been having to work through.

Got a wonderful butter chicken and spicy eggplant dish, no rice, from the food trucks.

L-Not sure perhaps a boiled egg with butter
D-Leftover Beef curry, cucumber salad

S-diet tonic water, ate up all my coconut butter yesterday:stars:
But still down this AM. :)

CHICKEN! Found chicken legs n thighes for $0.56 per pound at Wally World Monday! Bought four ten pound frozen bags and smoked two of them yesterday. Two more for later.
L 2 legs / thighes green salad with blue cheese dressing
Green beans - senior lemonaid
D repeat chicken
Spinich with a bit of melted cheese n a bit of coconut bark - water or senior lemonaid

Hi all,
B: 1/2 Flax seed oatmeal, sliced steak, 2 fried eggs, coffee (3 gm)
L: Grilled chicken, salad (3 gm)
S: 1 oz almonds, 1 oz peanuts, celery, coffee, 2 strawberries, 4 grapes (8 gm)
D: Catfish, 4 oz asparagus (2 gm)
Workout: Greek Yogurt (8 gm)

Water: 3.3 L so far, 5 goal

My stats:1,775 kCal, 24 gm net carbs. I have been trying to zig-zag my calories in an attempt to get my bodyfat down a bit further. It's around 14% now, but I'd like to get to 10%, basically to see if I can. I think I'm just fine around 14% but it's nice to have a goal.

D-Probably a bigger portion of lunch, maybe 3oz chicken breast as well.

I'm wearing a pair of jeans I bought 4 years ago and could never fit in, and they are actually comfortable :clap:

D-since I soded our whole front yard today while hubby was at work he is picking up swiss chalet! I will get a half chicken and a ceaser salad on the side....my favorite take out meal!
