coffee/hwc x 2
avocado and tomato with a splash of balsamic vinegar
chicken, mayo, red onion, l/c cranberry sauce on an oopsie and topped with romaine
chicken tetrazzine

Well, ate a lot of off-plan stuff during the long weekend. Made a big Turkish dinner for the boyfriend yesterday. Most of it was actually low carb though, except for the rice, some pita bread, and a cupcake. Not horrible, but I am back on the straight and narrow this week.

B: earl grey tea with 1 half-and-half and 2 splenda
L: will go to the food trucks and probably get butter chicken and spinach with cheese, no rice, no naan
D: leftovers from Sunday dinner: Chilean sea bass, stuffed eggplant, salad with EVOO/lemon juice dressing

Was running late this morning (again!) and totally unprepared for the work week with lunches. Winging it today for the first time in a while.

B: coffee with calcium chews
L: probably pick up chicken or shrimp fajitas
D: l/o orange roughy and veggies

Ended up getting a big greek salad with gyro meat and two different greek sauces for lunch. Very good so far.

L - hamburger patty, caesar salad, watermelon
D - steak, arugula, feta, and some other veggie, maybe summer squash

I don't get paid, and therefore cannot go food shopping, until Friday. So I have to make do with what I have.

B - 2 hardboiled eggs, 2 cups of coffee with sweet and low and a splash of unsweetend almond/coconut milk
S - 100 calorie pack of wasabi and soy sauce almonds
L - Whole can of tuna mixed with 1 1/2 tbsp of light mayo, 2 large celery sticks
D - Grilled chicken salad with EVOO and vinegar
S - Light mozzerella stick

I'm out of ACV. :sad:

L : thai beef 10 ozs with cauliflower mash 16 carbs
2 coconut cheese breads homemade 6 carbs
sarsaparilla and horsetail tea
D : 4 oz hamburger with cheese butter and egg

Note that I'm only avoiding fat because I'm on a med that makes me feel sick.

Been sick for a week, and couldn't eat anything much. Then, yesterday, all I wanted was carbs so I'm not going to post what I ate (not too bad but not great)

Today, I feel pretty good, back on track, and of the right mind-set :)

L: Taco Time beef taco salad, no cheese or tomato, with ranch dressing and hot sauce; ice tea

D: Steak-umm with melted sharp cheddar cheese

I had a very indulgent weekend so this week I definitely need to be extra vigilant about my "no processed foods" rule!

B - 16oz Bulletproof coffee
L - 1 medium apple, handful of peanuts
S - celery sticks w/ garlic dip
D - Chicken & Veggie stir fry with homemade ginger orange sauce
