How to be successful with Atkins Fat Fast??
I want to do the Atkins fat fast.. does anyone have any tips on how to be the most successful with this fast? It seems rough at first what is some advice on how to prepare for this? Thanks!~* :)

if you have a Kindle, there is a really good e-book by Dana Carpender on fat fasting w/a cook book and kind "how to" tips to make it work. It's not a long book, but has some good advice and good recipes.

I did it once for 3 days and lost 5 lbs and kept it off....I pretty much did it just like Atkins says to. 1000 cals, 90% fat. I ate 200 cal "meals" at a time. Be it mac nuts, cream cheese, or a tiny bit of tuna salad with mayo and hard boiled egg. Just measure EVERYthing. I hated it but it sure worked! After I was done I ate nothing but meat for a few days in order to not regain the weight I lost. Slowly add veggies back. Good times.

Get some snack size baggies and premeasure out your macadamia nuts. Go ahead and do the entire container and be done with it.

Get some avocados in various stages of ripeness so you will always have one ready. I really enjoyed the Tuna Salad in half an avocado.

I personally like clouds as a treat anytime, but considering it is made from cream cheese and unsalted butter, a batch of clouds would make eating the cream cheese much more enjoyable. Even more so if you dip them in cocoa bark for a chocolate shell. the butter is fat and the coconut oil is also, so it's okay.

I would set a timer or a hour for my meals. I would stick to that time so even if I were hungry I had to wait so that I wouldn't eat too early and then have to wait extra long for the next meal.
