Buffalo Wild Wings????

I have plans to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings this week. Since I'm currently on Induction my plans were to order the wings plain. However I did hear something about how the salt and vinegar rub has zero carbs????

I know none of the sauces are safe correct?????

Thanks for your help guys!!!!!

I'm pretty sure a few of the sauces are fine. There's thread here somewhere with the carb counts.

Just go to their website. They list all the nutrition information and you can figure out what sauces or rubs work for you. (this applies to most restaurants, btw)

I go for the Blazin' sauce. I don't know the carb count offhand but I know it is pretty low. It is very hot, which limits how much of it I use.

I get the mild sauce. Not many carbs..maybe three carbs for six wings? Something like tat.

I found this about nutritional information on their website:

Nutritional information can be obtained on all Buffalo Wild Wings menu items by contacting us directly through our website. Use the Contact Us link and request this information. We will send a PDF version and answer any other BWW dietary question you may have.
Here's a thread that has some of the carb counts listed: http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/ma...gs-opened.html

Thanks for this, Misti. Just found out there's a BWW opening up w/in an easy walk from our house. This thread gives you all the info, and boy, there are A LOT of good choices here for a LC woe. Can't wait.

BWW has been one of our staple restaurants for us since DH and I went low carb. We usually go about once a month or so, though I make homemade wings about once a week. I have one right across the street from work but for some reason never go there for lunch. They have Wing Tuesdays around here, only 60 cents per wing. Might have to go again soon. My favs are salt & vinegar rub, mild wing sauce, medium wing sauce, and parmesean garlic sauce.

I tried this place for the first time this weekend...I didn't enjoy it at all. It was WAY over priced for what they were offering. If I want good wings at a decent price, I go to Fridays and get good service as well...I just found that this place was really overpriced and not that good..
