Today's plan is:
Black coffee
Cheeseburger patty with LC BBQ sauce (thank you so much for this recipe!)
LC Broccoli salad with bacon

So far, that's it.... My hunger is so under control I'm having trouble keeping my 'furnace' burning here :)

d-steak with a spinach salad (baby spinach, parm cheese, banana peppers, and bacon bits with italian dressing)
s-trying to cut out snacking unless I am just HONGRY

Hi,:)

B-Small, well marbled, pork shoulder steak with 1 tablespoon SF hot BBQ sauce (It was fantastic and a welcomed change from bacon and eggs!) Coffee with 1 T CO.

L-will not be hungry

D-leftover ribeye steak with pepper cream sauce and cucumber (sliced, salted, rinsed and marinated in rice vinegar).

Sn-Coconut butter, CO chocolate bark
Diet tonic water

Down again today so this is working! :)

B- omelet with spinach, peppers and sausage
L- chicken breast with tomato and cucumber salad
D- pork chop with celery

Snacks- fat bomb, pepperoni chips, olives, and cheese

No appetite today~don't feel like grillin' tonight

B: 2 T guacamole
L: 2 celery sticks w/peanut butter
D: grilled bbq chicken tenders, mock potato salad~its close to dinner time and I'm still not hungry~I may make this tomorrow and make today a semi-fast day.

My Sunday menu
 
B: 2 cups bulletproof coffee

L: 5 ribs w/ mustard sauce

S: 2 packages of miracle noodle in beef broth with Thai red curry paste and coconut aminos (yeah, huge snack, but only about one carb and 30 calories

D: lasagna!!! Made with a low carb marinara and zucchini rounds for noodles. Then probably lime juice w club soda sweetened with liquid stevia and monk fruit for desert. I love my diet.:yummy:

So change of plans for dinner, portabello pizzas instead! They're in the oven now. :) Used the Snacks below on the pizzas lol. Except the fat bomb, that will be a snack later if I need it. :)

bfast - 3 over easy eggs with 6 thin pieces of bacon
lunch - 1 cup of pistachios with the shell and 1 atkins cookies n cream bar
dinner - 2 bunless hotdogs, green beans and romaine lettuce with italian dressing
snacks - blue bunny black raspberry bar, sugar free jello with reddi whip

OMG! Fish was so good and have so much leftover.

B - 3 eggs scrambled with 1/3 cup of unsweetended almond milk, 2 reduced fat beef franks cut up and cooked in with the eggs, 2 tbsp of reduced sugar ketchup, coffee with SF creamer.

L: Carbmaster yogurt and 1 oz of cashews.

D: 3.7 oz of grilled chicken breast, 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, tons of franks red hot.
