Morning!!

coffee/hwc x 2 and 1 vco
1/2 avocado with a splash of balsamic
roast chicken with a tbsp. l/c cranberry sauce and mashed celeriac

l-tuna w/mustard on baby spinach
d-grilled chicken breast
s-pepperoni slices nuked in the microwave, maybe a hardboiled egg if i'm hungry and can't wait for dinner!
Water until my eyes float lol

Currently munching on dill pickle sunflower seeds
Lunch will be left-over chicken with a spicy cheese sauce and French fried onions
Dinner, I'm not sure yet

3 forkfuls of chicken salad from the container :)
1 oz cheddar
L: late lunch today...big beautiful ribeye
w/ salad
D: tbd... Going to sam's this afternoon

Nothing so far, but I found the recipe for LC BBQ sauce here on the forum so I ran out to get some of the ingredients for later today.

My planned menu: (No idea what will be served with what lol )

LC Broccoli Salad with bacon
LC Coleslaw
LC BBQ Cheeseburger
Pan sautéed buttered cabbage
Lemon Pepper Chicken Tenders

I can't believe it has taken me over 13 yrs. to find a low carb bbq sauce that I like. Let us know how your's turns out?!

I will for sure! I'm using the recipe I found here on the forum. I'll go find it and post it. Let me know if it's one you tried already once you see it. BRB

Indispensable Almost No Carb Barbecue Sauce
This isn't a substitute for the "real thing," it's an improvement. It's so good the rest of the family gobbles it up and I have to keep making more.

3/8 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cup tomato sauce. (1 15 oz can) Don't buy a tomato sauce that has spices or flavorings in it!
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon yellow hot dog mustard
3/4 tablespoon Franks Hot Sauce (the chicken wing sauce)
3/4 tablespoon salt (optional)
1 dash cayenne pepper. Go easy!!!!
3 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
6 teaspoons Splenda or 18 drops of Liquid Splenda

Add vinegar and all other ingredients except mustard to a sauce pan and slowly heat. Put mustard in a cup and slowly stir in a couple tablespoons of sauce until well blended. Then add mustard mixture back to sauce in pan.

Bring to a boil, and lower heat. Let simmer for a few minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate.

Note: this sauce will taste a bit peculiar if you taste it when it is still hot. Don't worry! Something magical happens when it sits in the fridge.

Carbohydrates per Serving (1 tablespoon): Less than 1 gram. Half an ounce is 1 gm carbs, 6 calories.

Hi:)

2 eggs, 1 tablespoon hollandaise sauce, 2 bacon, coffee with CO
Ribeye steak (about 4 oz) with creamy pepper sauce:yummy:
Small amount of broccoli smothered in butter
Coconut bark and/or coconut butter for snack.

Talk about your high fat / low carb! :lol: But it is working!

B- 2 coffees w/ SF hazelnut creamer & HWC.. 6 splenda :o
L- flax meal shake and sunflower kernels - 32 oz water
D- chili-lime chicken w/ onion and bell pepper cooked in butter and oil, plus salad w/Italian dressing - 32 oz water
Snack- Another 32 oz water, and hot tea

= 1,051 calories, 84g fat, 25g sat fat, 39 total carbs, 23 net

Nope that isn't my fave. I have tried that one and many variations of it but in the end all I needed was the following!

BBQ SAUCE WITH L/C KETCHUP

This is the basic recipe but add 1/4 cup of water and I add 1/2 tsp. of liquid smoke.
Ingredients
Presidents Choice Blue Menu - Sauce Style Ketchup, 8 tbsp (15ml) (low carb ketchup)
White House - Vinegar, 2 Tbsp.
Lea & Perrins - Worcestershire Sauce (Canada; 1 Tsp (5 Ml) = 5g) ,
Spices - Chili powder, 1/2 tsp
Frank's - Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce (Canada), 1 tsp (5ml)

Combine all in a sauce pan, bring to a low boil and then simmer on low for 10 mins.

L- Tilapia and a Side Salad
D- Baked Chicken and a Side of Green Beans :)

Snacks- Maybe some pepperoni chips or Ham and Cheese Roll Ups. :)

D: grilled bunless cheeseburger, with grilled onions, green beans cooked in bacon grease

S: 10 almonds, maybe deviled eggs if hungry

Thank you both for the bbq recipes. I bite the bullet and buy the lowest sugar, lowest carb ones.

D- Chicken breast with 1 cup chopped tomato and 1 cup cucumber tossed with ACV salt and pepper....with a bullet proof tea!

S - Pork loin chop with steamed celery tossed with coconut nectar vinegar

Snack - almond butter fat bomb and 15 macadamia nuts
