Happy Memorial Day weekend (well, almost)LC friends! I hope it is a sunny, lovely 3 day weekend for most of you. We are going skiing on Sunday. Arapahoe Basin is open for 2 more weekends. Gonna have 1 or 2 last Bacon Bloody Mary's before the year's end up there. Yum!

Sick of the scale not moving, so I'm eating eggs today

B: Bulletproof Coffee
S: HB egg
L: Egg salad
S: HB egg, or 2 depending on hunger
D: Meat, maybe very small portion of some veggie

Good morning! Happy Friday and long weekend! Woo-hoo!!:jumpjoy:

B - 2 hardboiled eggs, acv with 32 oz of water
S - 100 calorie pack of wasabi and soy sauce almonds
L - Turkey and cheese rollups with spicy mustard, 2 pickel spears and water (out of ACV here at work after breakfast)
D - Quarter pounder cheeseburger minus the bun, low sugar ketchup, mustard and pickels, ACV with water

Avocado not ripe enough so had leftover tuna salad with 1 Romaine leaf.

Salmon with dill sauce, 2 or 3 slices of cucumbers

Omg you guys! I just walked to the store to get a few things and remembered something about bullet proof coffee. I got some HWC and some unsalted butter. I came home and made some. OMG YUM! Where has this been all my life?

I thought the same thing when I first tried bullet proof coffee. Delicious! Consider dropping the HWC though, it does not have the same benefits as the grass-fed butter and if you use a immersion/stick blender it will turn out just as creamy as if you'd put HWC in there!

I don't have any fancy equipment YET. I don't even own a blender..*Gasp* I know I'm in the stone age! I just let the butter melt in the coffee and pour some HWC and stirred it up until it was all melted. Was still really good!

Well guys, I'm thinking I way over-did it today :/ I have just felt so hungry all day. Even now, I still feel like I could eat something else. I haven't had this problem since starting on Monday, so not too sure what it is about today.

Breakfast - 3 sausage links and egg salad (about 3 eggs and some mayo)

Lunch - Small salad with cheese and caesar dressing, 5 thin slices of roast beef (serving size - 7), and a cup of strawberry sugar-free jello

Snack? - I got off work today around 3 and was really hungry, so I made myself a hamburger patty and put a single slice of american cheese on top. I also had a leftover bratwurst. Figured this would be my dinner and I would call it a day... bad idea to eat dinner that early :P

Dinner - At 7 I got really hungry again, so I had another hamburger patty (no cheese) and a small salad with caesar dressing.

Ahh, even though I didn't really have any carbs I feel like all this food is going to slow down my progress? Definitely feeling like a bottomless pit right now. Hope everyone had a good day! :)

Ended up getting sick from not eating soon enough and ate some ribs and salad when i got home then took a nap. Woke up and still don't feel great, had a chocolate cookie (cocoa powder and wf syrup) and I think I will call it a night.

L: Atkins PB granola bar
D: Hubby wanted Olive Garden, eek! Turned out ok. Had the mixed grill (steak and chicken with grilled onions and peppers marinated in olive oil and herbs, subbed potatoes for all broccoli, small salad with 2 tbsp ranch dressing and a small ramekin of alfredo sauce to dip the broccoli in.
S: Light string cheese (1)

Water to drink all day.
