Don't know for sure....I've got a lamb steak, a beef steak and chicken thawed out in the fridge. All destined to meet their fates on the BBQ. Not sure which gets roasted first.
And I've got leftover ribeye roast from yesterday...some sautéed onions and mushroom might go good with that...

L - leftover buffalo chicken, 2 pickel spears, ACV with 32 oz of water
D - 4 oz of tilapia in 1 tbsp EVOO, smart balance and lemon pepper seasoning and 8 asparagus spears roasted with 1 tsp EVOO and garlic and ACV 12 oz with water
S - Unsweetened almond/coconut milk with sweet and low and maybe a light mozzerella stick with 5 pepperonis melted in the microwave
8 net carbs
B- lc cream of wheat and a coffee with splenda and 18% cream
L- Garden salad with lettuce, peppers, cheese, ham, and egg with peppercorn ranch, acv tonic
D- rotisserie chicken, butternut squash fries, ceasar salad, acv tonic
S- salted soya nuts, acv tonic

Going to try an 8hr (9a-5p) eating window with 2 meals.
B: 1/2 bag shredded lettuce, 2tbs ranch, pork jowl, sunflower seeds.
D: 1/2 bag of shredded lettuce, 2tbs ranch, shrimp, sunflower seeds.
Around 8pm I'm going to have BP Tea.

Weird day today got up early because I thought my landlord was coming to show my apartment to a subleaser, but never showed. So I went back to bed :laugh:

I changed up my plan for lunch
I made a cheeseburger salad. ground beef, mozz, baby spinach, mayo, mustard, and banana peppers (my kind is 2 carbs per serving)
It's so yummy and filling I may not even get hungry for dinner!

L : stirfried lettuce and red cabbage 1 egg 4 slices salami
D : Hamburgers or steaks
Breakfast - 3 sausage links, 2 eggs (cooked in butter), water to drink
Lunch - Lettuce with some cherry tomatoes & caesar dressing, cup of strawberry sugar-free JellO
Snack? - A can of diet Dr. Pepper :P (cutting these out all together starting tomorrow)
Dinner - Hamburger patty with a single slice of american cheese, cooked mushrooms and onions

S: 2 tbsp olive tapenade, dole banana dippers, probably a string cheese before bed
