Yes!!!! 2 Lbs!!
I have never been so happy! I lost 9 lbs in my first 2 weeks (strict induction). I tried some atkins bars the next day and I was up 4 lbs. I went back on strict induction foods plus nuts. It has been two agonizing weeks of zero scale movemnent. I didn't give up because I felt good (I have gastro problems and these have gone away) and I really enjoy the food I am eating. A LOT. Well, it paid of....sort of. I woke up to a 2 lb loss today. I am still holding on to 2 lbs that I lost the first 2 weeks which I highly suspect was "water weight trickery". Anyway, here I am 7 lbs lighter in 4 weeks. If I yield a similar loss the next four weeks I will be happy happy happy. I will also be pretty happy if I lose anything and don't gain. Thanks for the support everyone!! I don't post often but I read everything and it has been so helpful to me!!

Congratulations! 2 pounds is A LOT. (visualize 2 lbs of hamburger meat, and know that bulk is no longer on you!) I know that in this instant gratification world where some people can say the weight just "fell off," on this plan or that plan, most of us walk a slower path.
But if you stick w/it, it DOES work.
