Thrill of seeing the words Low Carb on TV

It may have been a rerun but I had not seen it previously. Dr. Oz had Jorge Cruize on his show and it was all about low carb flours and elinimating sugar frm your diet etc. I was so delighted to watch this and even got a few recipes. I did have to laugh when Mr. cruize kept referring to some recipes as No carb when I know for sure there are carbs in there but hey cant have everything!
